Mixology Without Borders

I’m Sanwar Mal Khokhar, a globally trained mixologist and Beverage Program Leader currently based in Texas. My journey into hospitality began in India, where i developed my early foundation in food, flavor and service. Curious to explore the world beyond traditional bar programs. I joined Celebrity Cruise, where i had the opportunity to work with international teams, diverse spirits, and guests from every corner of the world. Those years shaped my understanding of global drinking cultures and refined my technical approach behind the bar.

After moving to United States, I continued developing my craft within the fine-dine hospitality scene. Today I lead beverage innovation while creating that combine modern mixology techniques, global ingredients, and storytelling.
